Oops fixing & server down time.

by admin on November 12, 2009

Today we updated all community websites to v5.0.3603.30713 which will have fixed the last of the major Oops issues.

Tonight there will be essential maintenance work carried out between midnight and 6am. Our servers will be restarted at some point, causing possible down time of not more than two hours. This maintenance will also be carried out on the 14th in the same time frame.

Hey guys, EF won’t load at all right now (Nov 19). Seems like it’s been down for quite a while now. I’m not even getting oopsed — I just keep getting the “The Connection was reset” error message. What’s up?

EF has been down since yesterday (Dec 29th afternoon) and it’s still
down today (30th). How is the IT staff doing in getting it fixed?

Log says Dec. 31 issue resolved, but I still get only “Oops something went wrong” when attempting to access EF site.
